Wild Flower Hoof Care & Horseshoeing
providing quality farrier service for your equines and hooved animals

Meet Charlotte Long
Farrier at Wild Flower Hoof Care & Horseshoeing

I grew up in a Chicago suburb, where my passion for horses and hoof care started by volunteering at Danada Equestrian Center. As I cleaned stalls and brushed horses, many of the other volunteers shared their equine knowledge and encouraged me in my goal to become a farrier.

I moved to Georgia to pursue my goal,
and I’m a proud graduate of the Casey & Son Horseshoeing School.
The northwest area of Georgia, with its welcoming people, is now my home.

As an apprentice to Ken Hart, I have been able to gain experience working
with animals of different sizes and personalities.
Mr. Hart has allowed me to work with the animal, no matter the challenge,
to provide quality hoof care.
I have been the farrier for horses, ponies, minis, mules, donkeys, goats, and cows.

Here's an example of my work:
